Just to give you a bit of my background I am the Engineering System Administrator for a company that uses PTC Products. I am the Buisness as well as System Administrator for Windchill.
When I first got started with PTC products I came from the IT department so I had little experiance with PLM software in general and knew very little about Windchill.
I took the classes from PTC for System Administration and Buisness administration and they are a great start but I quickly found the mountain of documentation became difficult to travers. I hope to help others who are in the same position.
