PTC's technical support site can be customized to show you the items you use the most using their portlet system.The site can be accessed here https://www.ptc.com/appserver/cs/portal/ for those that have a PTC account.
Under the quick links section there is a link to Reference Documents: https://www.ptc.com/appserver/cs/doc/refdoc.jsp you can select some filters to limit the results then click brows. This gives you access to PDF manuals very convenient for reference.
You will need your SCN number but from the PTC site you can download purchased software packages submit support cases. There are also some great tools for managing open cases.
